Psychotherapy can be a powerful and healing process. It's a beautiful and challenging path. But so worth it.
Every journey is honoured. I provide a safe and healing space to help you find ways out of suffering and into wellness.
In our sessions together, I will hold space for you to process, reflect and integrate any experience you bring.

About
I’m a Psychotherapist and Art Therapist and have worked and trained in the United States and New Zealand. My approach is to keep therapy down to earth to help you find your path forward.
I find that compassion, insight, empathy and even a bit of humour are the recipe to getting to the heart of you. Everyone has the ability to get better. Sometimes we just need a little support to get there.

Psychotherapy is not a “one size fits all” process. Each person has individualised needs and what works best for one may not be ideal for another. My breadth of experience means I can support you with a deep and meaningful way.
If you are trying to conceive, pregnant, had a loss of pregnancy, experienced a difficult birth or have had a hard postpartum, you’re in the right place. I’m here to help.
Sometimes we don’t have the words to express or articulate our thoughts and feelings. I support and guide my clients to create and explore through the process of making art. The focus is not on the end product but the process.

Therapy is a unique opportunity to have a trained professional help you think objectively about yourself and your struggles. A therapist helps you to develop coping skills, manage your emotional states and gain perspective. There may be ongoing or recent life complications that you need help getting through. We will work together to help you manage how you are feeling, thinking and responding to life’s challenges.
I am training in psychodynamic and modern analytical techniques which are designed to meet the client where they are and identify root causes that drive current behaviour.
People have busy lives. It can be difficult to find a therapist you like, who is nearby and has the availability you need. Some people are in situations where it is difficult to leave the house, such as bed rest during pregnancy or during early postpartum with an infant. Online therapy helps to take away some of the barriers to getting the help you need.
The sessions are secure and confidential. This ensures the same safe space as if you were in my office but from the comfort of your own home. A Zoom link will be sent ahead of the session via your preferred email.
Yes: I offer a 10-minute free phone consultation to discuss my services. I can get a sense of what your needs are and answer any questions you may have about therapy in my practice.
I charge $180 for a 50-minute session online via Zoom meetings. Payments for psychotherapy/art therapy sessions are due at the time of the appointment with online banking.
I reserve a few spaces in my private practice for lower fee therapy sessions on a sliding scale. For any questions on these sessions, please contact me via email.
I require 24 hours advance notice of cancellation. If a return appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment, you will be charged the session fee. If an initial intake appointment is not cancelled with 24 hours advanced notice, a deposit will be required in order to reschedule and hold the second attempt at an intake appointment.
